Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holding Group Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: “Yuexiu Capital”, stock code: “000987.SZ”) was listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2000. In April 2016, the company successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. through a non-public offering of shares, raising 10 billion yuan, becoming the first listed local financial holding platform in China. Yuexiu Capital has been continuously awarded the "AAA" rating from China Chengxin since 2018. At present, the company controls multiple financial business platforms such as Yuexiu Financial Leasing, Guangzhou AMC, Yuexiu Industry Fund, Yuexiu Industry Investment, Guangzhou Futures, Yuexiu Guarantee, and Yuexiu Financial Technology, and is the second largest shareholder of CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.
